When I work with writers on their manuscripts, I bring 40 years of professional experience, from radio news and crime reporting — which taught me early on to write lean, active prose — to my years publishing award-winning novels.
From 2009 to 2018, I taught more than 50 writing courses at University of Toronto’s School of Continuing Education, in class and online. If we work together, you’ll get the benefits of all that experience. Check out what some students say about my approach.
